Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Before 30 days prior to the arrival date there will be no charge.
• Before 20 days prior to the arrival date will be charged for 40% of the master bill.
• Before 15 days prior to the arrival date will be charged 70% of the master bill.
• Before 0-7 days prior to the arrival date will be charged 100% of the master bill.
• If the Client is willing to amend or cancel his/her booking because of whatsoever reasons including death, accident, illness, or any other personal reasons including non- payment of the balance payment, the Company is liable to recover Cancellation charges from the Client
